By downloading, installing, or using the Xircle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By using Xircle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

Description of the App

Xircle is a mobile application that allows users to connect, share, and grow within a community. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• A home dashboard with activity overview
• An explore section to discover communities and features
• A profile section for managing your account
• Links to web-based resources such as this Terms page

Some features displayed in the App may be placeholders for functionality coming in future updates.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
